C    Data quality is expressed with the following flags:

C    a = Sample for this measurement was drawn from water bottle but not analyzed
C        (not normally used).
C    b = Acceptable measurement (Flag 'b' also reported as ' ')
C    c = Questionable measurement (no problem observed in sampling or analysis,
C        but value is not trusted, nonetheless; includes outlyers).
C    d = Bad measurement (known problem with sampling or analysis, but not
C        serious enough to completely discard the value).
C    e = Not reported (lost sample; unredeemably bad measurement).
C    f = Mean of replicate measurements.
C    g = Manual chromatographic peak measurement.
C    h = Irregular digital chromatographic peak integration.
C    i = Sample not drawn for this measurement from this bottle (not normally
C        used).

C All the data should go through some rigorous process of adding data quality flags.
