Version 2 of the L2 files for the Missouri Ozark site (US-MOz)were posted.
The new files contain 2007 data and a modified header, consistent with
all other L2 files, with slight modification to the AmeriFlux fair-use
data statement.

Version 2 of the L3 and L4 files generated from the L2 files posted on 9/3/2008 and 
provided in the subdirectory

/pub/ameriflux/data/Level2/Sites_ByName/Missouri_Ozark/with_gaps

were posted.

New L2 files (Version 3) were posted.  The new files contain 2008 data but all pre-2008
are the same as before.

New L2 files (Version 4) were posted.  The new files contain 2009 data but all pre-2009
are the same as previous versions.  Details on the processing of the Level 1
files provided by Bai Yang, Lianhong Gu, and Stephen Pallardy by CDIAC to
produce the Level 2 files are given in
