Ankur Desai provided CDIAC with revised met files (e.g.,
sylvania06_met.txt) for 2001-2006.  Changes from previous versions
of the files include changed units for leaf wetness (0 dry/1 wet)
and corrected diffuse PAR data.  In addition, files for 2002, 2005,
and 2006 contain corrected/filled precipitation data.  The corrected
diffuse PAR data provided in sylvania06_met.txt are the same as those
provided separately in file "diffusepar_sylvania.csv".
